Emerging Leaders Foundation–Africa, in partnership with the John Templeton Foundation, invites applications for VirtueLead, a 9-month hybrid fellowship dedicated to cultivating values-driven leadership, grounded in character and courage.
Designed for Kenyan leaders aged 25–35, VirtueLead immerses Fellows in a rigorous exploration of virtues such as love, hope, integrity, humility, and courage—while grounding them in leadership practices rooted in Ubuntu, African dignity, healing and forgiveness, and deep listening.
Through mentorship, immersive experiences, and real-world leadership challenges, Fellows will not only sharpen their leadership skills but also embody the virtues needed to transform communities and organizations.
