ABOUT THE SCHOOLS LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

The Emerging Leaders Foundation-Africa (ELF-Africa) Schools Leadership Program aims to build a network of exceptional student leaders across academic institutions in Kenya. With active engagements in schools like St. Andrews Turi and Potterhouse School, the program nurtures leadership skills, self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and strategic thinking among students. The program is delivered through tailored packages: one-off sessions (Mtazamo), capacity-building workshops (Fanikiwa), and annual integrated leadership development (Dhabiti).
