Generational Mosaics is an ELF-Africa series that aims to explore the cultural and societal differences between the different generations in Kenya with a specific focus on understanding the impact of technology, globalization, and socio-economic changes on the way each generation sees and interacts with the world. Through a combination of research, analysis, and storytelling, this series will provide a nuanced and comprehensive look at the unique challenges and opportunities facing each generation, and how they are shaping the world we live in today.
The purpose of this series is to provide a deeper understanding of the complexities and dynamics of the different generations, and how they are shaping the world today. The series will also explore the role of organizations like Emerging Leaders Foundation-Africa in empowering young leaders and bridging the gap between generations. Our goal is to inspire and empower individuals and organizations to take action and create a more inclusive and equitable future for all.
We will be discussing the following generations: Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Millennials, Gen Z and Gen Alpha. Each generation has its own unique characteristics, challenges, and opportunities. The series will be updated on a regular basis and new content will be available every two weeks.
